In this training the focus is mostly on online parties. Done well online parties can be VERY successful. However there are several different ways to be successful in this business. I try to dabble in a little bit of everything!
Cash and Carry: Having Inventory on hand to sell to local peeps. You order at least $100 worth so you get FREE shipping and can offer them to your local customers and friends saving them the shipping costs. The idea here is that you only invest that money ONE TIME! After you sell the Jewelry you reinvest the money for more jewelry and the cycle continues! Orders you place count towards your PV (Personal Volume) and your monthly sales goals for promotions! It’s a win for you and your local customers! I always keep a couple in my purse!
Home Parties: You can absolutely go the traditional home party route if you want. There are sooo many ladies out there that like to touch and feel the product before they buy. In my experience they usually buy more too! It's an Open House! Come and Go! No need for presentations. You have a few friends over, I show some jewelry! Simple. It sounds like less pressure to me. Get creative with it!
Local Events: Events are all about making contacts. Selling the product is great but it’s really a great way to get your name out there and meet people. Join some of the local vendor event groups on Facebook. You can usually search and find several. They range from FREE to have a booth to hundreds of dollars. I personally think they are LOTS of fun!
Basket Parties: Put some jewelry on a bag and give some to your friends! They sell it for you!! Couldn't get easier than that!
Salons, Boutiques, Businesses: Approach them and give them 10-15% of your sales in cash If they allow you to set up. Many consultants after having much success, just let them sign up under them.
Nursing Homes: Call different Facilities, set up an appointment, and offer them the opportunity for the residents to shop with you. It can be Bingo nights, or Holiday events.
Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Periscope, etc: Market yourself on other forms of social media! There are some great YouTube videos out there for how to be successful with forms of social media besides Facebook. I’m personally loving adding followers on Instagram and have booked successful parties and gained a team member!
Bloggers: Lots of bloggers do product reviews. If you follow some you like send them an email and offer to send them a FREE set in exchange for a review. You reach a lot of people this way! The first blogger that did a review for me ended up having an online party as well and I found my first Team Member!
Fundraisers: Donate your commission, gain PV, expand your circle and feel good about giving!!!
